GOULASH 
1 c. macaroni or noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Onions and cheese to taste
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato puree or paste
1 beef bouillon cube
Dash of garlic salt (optional)

Simmer beef and onions until beef is browned. Add sugar, salt, tomatoes, tomato paste. Simmer at 250 degrees. Add cheese and noodles and cook down, you can bake if desired.
