BAKED CABBAGE 
1 med. cabbage, coarsely grated
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. hot milk
Crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper

Boil cabbage in salted water about 10 minutes or until tender. Make white sauce of the other ingredients, except crackers and cook until smooth. Pour over drained cabbage in baking dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees until crumbs are brown.
