RAISIN-APPLE-NUT BREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. raisins
1 c. shredded fresh apples

Combine eggs, oil, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla, salt and baking powder in large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.

Stir in nuts, raisins and apples until a stiff batter is formed. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Pour into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
