SALMON BALL 
1 lb. can red salmon (drained and flaked)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Wright's Liquid Smoke

Mix all together and refrigerate for 3 hours. Form into 4 or 5 balls. Roll in 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 3 tablespoons snipped parsley.
