HEARTY 20 MINUTE DINNER 
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
2 c. frozen Italian blend vegetables
1/2 c. frozen corn
1 c. water
3/4 c. quick cooking rice
1/2 tsp. oregano
Few dashes bottled hot sauce
1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. shredded cheese

In a large skillet bring to a boil the beans, undrained tomatoes, vegetables, water, uncooked rice, oregano and hot sauce. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 12 to 14 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in the soup and heat through. Top with the cheese before serving.
