HASH BROWNS IN OVEN 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick butter, melted

Mix potatoes, onion, soup and sour cream together. Put in pan and cover with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan.
