BISCUIT PUDDING 
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 or 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
cold biscuits

Crumble cold biscuits, no certain amount, depends on size dish you are using. Instead of using water, I replace it with milk. Pour milk over biscuits; let set for awhile for biscuits to soak up liquid. Add other ingredients. Mix together. The ingredients would need to be adjusted for a large pudding.

Bake in oven at 400°F to 450°F until pudding browns.
