CHEESE FONDUE 
1 c. scalded milk
1 c. soft stale bread crumbs
1/4 lb. mild cheese, cut in sm. piecestbsp. butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg whites

Mix first 5 ingredients, add yolks beaten until lemon colored. Cut and fold in whites beaten until stiff. Pour in buttered baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes in moderate oven, 350 degrees. Serves 2 to 3.
