2 eggs, beaten light
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix these ingredients together. Bring to boil 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon butter, pour this over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until almost done approximately 20 minutes. Add icing and return to oven to brown.

ICING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. coconut

Simmer over low heat. Double recipe for 8 x 10 inch sheet cake pan.
