FISH ROLL 
Baking powder biscuit dough (using 2 c. flour)
1 1/2 c. flaked, cooked fish
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Milk

Roll biscuit dough to 1/4 inch thickness on floured board. Combine fish, onions, green pepper and salt; moisten slightly with milk, mix well and spread mixture on dough. Roll as for jelly roll and cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Bake on greased baking sheet in hot oven (400 degrees) for 1/2 hour. Serves 6.
