FISH ROLLS WITH MUSHROOMS 
8 oz. raw fish fillets
3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. grated onion or 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Dash of oregano

Saute mushrooms and onion until tender in small amount of butter. Add all seasonings. Mix and put on fish fillets. Roll. Fasten with toothpicks. Put in baking dish. Top with tomato juice or mixed with hot salsa. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
