FOUR CHEESE PIZZA | |
1 lg. Boboli pizza crust 1 to 2 c. pesto (see recipe elsewhere) 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. shredded Asagio cheese 1/2 c. Romano cheese 1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives 4 med. tomatoes, chopped or sectioned Brush pizza pan with olive oil and sprinkle cornmeal on top. Place Boboli pizza on pan and slather with pesto sauce. Sprinkle on the Asagio, Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Put on olives and tomatoes. Top with Mozzarella. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in a 450 degree oven. |
