KIDS PRETZELS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
4 c. flour
1 beaten egg
Coarse salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt and sugar. Blend in flour. Knead dough until smooth. Cut into small pieces and roll into ropes. Twist to desired shapes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Makes 25 to 30 pretzels depending on size.
