BELL PEPPER SQUASH RELISH | |
2 c. bell pepper, diced 4 c. onions, diced 10 c. squash, diced 5 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. vinegar 5 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 lg. jar chopped pimiento 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. turmeric 1/2 tsp. black pepper Let mixed pepper, onions, squash and salt, set in covered bowl overnight. Then add with all other ingredients and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. |
