CARMELITAS 
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 jar (12 oz.) caramel topping
6 tbsp. flour

Mix the first 6 ingredients together and press 1/2 of the mixture into a 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.
