NO-CHOLESTEROL ORANGE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour, plain (White Lily)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
4 egg whites, at room temp.

Grease and flour loaf pan. In large bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add corn oil and orange rind and juice. With mixer at medium speed beat until smooth.

In small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into flour mixture. Turn into prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
