MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3-4 qt. popped corn

Combine all ingredients except soda and popped corn in 2 quart dish. Bring to a boil, then cook on full power for 2 minutes. Remove and stir in soda. Put popped corn in a grocery bag. Pour syrup over corn. Close bag to shake. Cook on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Shake and cook another 45 seconds to 1 minute. May need to repeat again. Cool and put in airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
