MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Lg. brown paper grocery bag
5 qts. popped popcorn

Cook butter, syrup and sugar 4 minutes on high in microwave. Add soda, stir well. Pour over popcorn in brown paper bag. Fold open end of bag over.

Microwave 1 minute and 35 seconds on high. Take out and shake or gently break up popcorn while still in the bag. Repeat 3 to 4 times, cooking 30 seconds and shaking after each time in microwave. Cool. Great snack!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
