1 can biscuits Small can tomato sauce 1 tbsp. oregano 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese Pepperoni, green peppers, olives (optional) Place biscuits on large cookie sheet approximately 2 inches part. Smash down biscuit until about 1/2 inch thick. Spread tomato sauce on biscuit. Sprinkle a dash of oregano (to taste). Add any optional ingredients you desire. Top with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. |
