1 can refrigerator biscuits 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese Flatten biscuits to small circles; place on cookie sheet. Mix tomato sauce, onion, garlic salt, salt, Parmesan cheese and oregano for sauce. Spoon about 1 tablespoon sauce on each biscuit; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Meat topping may also be used, if desired. |
