SEA FOOD LOAF 
2 c. (2 - 6 or 7 oz. cans) tuna
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. (sm. can) evaporated milk or cream

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9"x5" pan.
