1 lb. box raisins
2 c. boiling water
4 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Mix raisins, water and soda and let stand 1 hour. Mix remaining ingredients and add to raisin mixture (including water). Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
