STRAWBERRIES ZABIONE 
8 egg yolks
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. Marsala wine
2 tsp. brandy
1 c. cream, whipped

Beat egg yolks, salt, sugar and lemon juice until light. Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly until thick and gradually adding the wine and brandy. Cool, then fold in the whipped cream. Spoon over fresh sliced strawberries. Sauce can be made in advance.
