2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 egg yolks
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. brown sugar
2 lg. tbsp. flour
2 tsp. butter

Cook all ingredients together until thick like pudding and put in baked pie shell. Top with meringue from egg whites.
