RICE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. minute rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/2 c. tomato juice
Brown sugar to taste
2 c. tomato juice

Mix together lightly first 7 ingredients. Shape into balls. Place in skillet, add brown sugar and the 2 cups tomato juice. Bring to boil, then cover and simmer until done. Baste meatballs occasionally.
