GARDEN RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. cubed tomatoes
1/2 c. diced cucumber
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook rice according to package directions. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve warm or cold.
