GARDEN VEGETABLE RICE 
1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 c. cauliflower florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. corn oil butter
2 2/3 c. water
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Whole grain brown rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. plain yogurt, at room temperature

Saute vegetables 10 minutes and remove from skillet. Add water and rice to skillet. Simmer over low heat 45 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until water is absorbed (about 5 minutes). Stir in yogurt just before serving. Serving = 1 cup. No cholesterol.
