CRANBERRY-CHEESE CANAPES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. flour

Blend cheese and butter into flour by cutting as in a regular pie crust. Chill 30 minutes. On a floured board, roll out very thin, cut into 3 inch squares or circles.

FILLING:

1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. commercial cranberry-orange relish

Mix well together. Place 1 teaspoon of filling on each circle, fold dough over, wet edge and seal with a fork. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 12 minutes or until brown. Best served hot: May be made earlier in the day and refrigerated until wanted; then pop into the oven. Serves approximately 18.
