CRUST FOR RICOTTA PIE | |
1 c. flour 2 egg yolks 4 tbsp. milk 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 stick butter Sift flour into bowl and blend with butter. Drop in egg yolks and milk and vanilla. Mix together well with hands. Sift in powdered sugar. Work in well with hands a few seconds until smooth and form a ball. Roll out dough with floured rolling pin. Place in 10 inch pie plate. Flute the edges. |
