LU'S RHUBARB CRISP | |
4 c. 1/2 inch cubed rhubarb 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/4 lb. butter Combine rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice and peel. Spread in bottom of 8x8 glass dish. Mix together brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Serve hot or cold. |
