1 can Borden's Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix milk in Cool Whip. Then fold in other ingredients and chill.
