CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. hot water
1 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or shortening
2 eggs

Blend well; fill paper cups 1/2 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
