PIG CAKE AND FROSTING 
1 yellow cake mix (omit the water)
4 eggs
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/2 c. mandarin juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can mandarin oranges, cut up

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple and juice
4 oz. Cool Whip

Mix all cake ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Bake 35-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Bake in a 9x13 inch cake pan.

FROSTING: Beat pudding and juice. Add Cool Whip and crushed pineapple. Spread on cake. Keep in refrigerator.
