BARBEQUE BEEF 
2 to 3 lbs. chuck roast
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook roast until tender. Shred and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and simmer one hour. Add shredded roast beef and serve on buns.
