2 c. oil
1 c. white wine
1/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
Dash grated ginger root
Dash coriander

Mix all ingredients together. Baste with corn husks tied to a stick frequently.
