SAUCE CARAMELIZED 
1 can condensed milk, unopened (any size)
Cool Whip to taste & desired texture

Place can(s) of milk in pot of boiling water, making sure water level is above top(s) of can(s). Boil for 3 hours, without allowing water level to drop below can tops. Can(s) may be stored unrefrigerated, long-term. Warm contents of can over low heat and mix with Cool Whip. Serve on Angel Food cake.
