APPLES IN CARAMEL SAUCE 
In a microwave safe bowl, melt 14 ounce candy caramels in 2 tablespoons water. This takes about 2-3 minutes, stirring once. After candies melt, stir in 6 ounce cream cheese. Pour mixture over sliced apples.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
