1 pkg. cream cheese (soften)
1 can Hormel beanless chili
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (or) shredded Velveeta Mexican cheese
1 jar Progresso pepper salad (found in ketchup section)

Drain and rinse oil off the peppers. Layer in order. Put in rectangular cake pan. Then bake. Serve with nacho chips.
