BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
7 eggs
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pkgs. smokey links bite-size pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup

Place bread cubes in buttered 9x13 pan. Place cheese over cubes; place sausage on cheese. Pour beaten eggs over sausage. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Before baking, mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 can mushroom soup; pour over casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
