HAM AND CHEESE SUPPER 
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. finely chopped ham, cooked
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
2/3 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (about 15)
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Cook onion in butter until tender, but not browned. Combine with all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yield: 6 servings.
