GREEN PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. dry cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. blanched almonds (chopped)

Drain syrup from pineapple. Add enough water to syrup to make 2 cups. Add salt. Heat to boiling point and dissolve Jello. Put in refrigerator until mixture begins to set. Fold in cottage cheese, pineapple and almonds. Turn into oblong dish and let set in refrigerator. Can be cut into squares and served.
