2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (half white)
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour for stiff batter (approx.)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Bake in moderate 350 degree oven. Also good as cupcakes.
