SAVORY SAUCE STEAK 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. tenderized round steak or cube steak
1/4 c. oil

In a large skillet cook steak in oil on medium/high temperature until brown on both sides, drain oil, leaving 2 to 3 tablespoons. Add remaining ingredients and reduce heat to simmer. simmer with lid on skillet until meat is well done. This recipe is also great used with chicken.
