SERBIAN STEAK 
2 lbs. top round or pork steak
2 med. onions, sliced
1 c. ketchup
Water

Slice meat thinly across grain. Pan fry in small amount of oil until brown. Add sliced onions to meat and cook until transparent. Add a little water if needed to keep the meat moist. Add ketchup diluted with enough water to cover the meat. Simmer slowly until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens. A family favorite.
