THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 can wax beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can green pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper

Mix olive oil, sugar and vinegar. Alternate layers of well-drained beans and green pepper and onion slices. Pour over this the olive oil mixture; all of this in a large dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Marinate several hours or overnight. Serve well chilled in a lettuce cup. Serves 15.
