THREE BEAN SALAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans 1 (1 lb.) can cut wax beans 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans 1 med. onion, diced 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. Wesson oil Drain beans and combine; add green pepper and onion. Combine sugar, vinegar and oil and pour over vegetables. Add salt and pepper and toss. Chill overnight. (Can eat sooner but tastes better overnight.) |
