EASY CHEESECAKE 
9 graham crackers, crushed
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream

Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into 8 inch square pan in which you have spread the crushed graham crackers. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.

Top with fruit pie filling if desired.
