1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs

Mix well, will be stiff. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until it starts to come away from the edges of the pan.
