BROCCOLI-HAM QUICHE 
1 box Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust
1/2 lb. extra lean ham, crumbled or chopped fine
1 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli
5 eggs, beaten (or 1 1/4 c. Eggbeaters)
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese (low fat can be used)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 2 pie or quiche pans with Pam. Press pie crust into pans. In a large skillet, brown onions. Combine with broccoli, cheese and ham. Stir in eggs and milk. Pour into crust or hold covered overnight. Bake for 40-45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. One 9 x 13 inch pan can be used, decrease cooking time by about 5 minutes.
