MOZZARELLA STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. med. mushrooms, abut 24
1/3 c. finely chopped Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
About 1/4 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives (opt.)
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cut stems from mushrooms (to be used another day). In small bowl, toss mushrooms in melted butter. Place mushroom caps, cut end up, in broiler pan. Broil 3 minutes.

In small bowl, combine Mozzarella and bread crumbs. Spoon some of the cheese mixture into each mushroom, top each with an olive slice. Return them to the oven and broil 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts and mushrooms are tender.
